Summer Learning Journey Week 2 Art Deco
I give this Art Deco a 4 out of 5 I like the shading of it and how realistic it looks. I didn't give it a five because I have this weird felling about it. the way the woman looks. It looks like she has cold dead eyes. So that's only what I think anyway.

2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Hey Makaea!
ReplyDeleteIt's getting a little bit chilly up here in Auckland. How's the weather down there?
I would give it 4 out of 5 as well because I also like the way it is realistic and the texture is very smooth! The surface of the car looks like it's actually shinning in the sun. I didn't give the last one point because it's not really a colourful painting, don't you think? When I think of Art-Deco, I think of bright colours, fun and exciting music, lots and lots of sparkles and glitters, and feathers!
The woman in the painting does look very cold-hearted! She does not have any expression on her face, so we would have no clue about how she feels and what she is thinking about...
Your blog posts are very interesting to read! Your thoughts and ideas are all portrayed through the writing! Just remember to place capital letters in the beginning of your sentences and remember to use them all the time :)
Looking forward to reading your next blog post!
All the best,
Jade C.
